1. Rooms are available for check-in from 14:00 at the earliest on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
  2. Room cards can be collected at reception upon arrival and must be returned upon departure.
  3. We cannot take responsibility for valuables or cash kept in the rooms. For your safety, please lock your door at all times when leaving the room and during the night.
  4. If you experience any problems with your room (malfunction of technical equipment such as the telephone, TV, etc.), please inform reception immediately (extension 111).
  5. The furnishings of the rooms are listed in an inventory. Upon departure, guests are required to account for the condition of the room and its furnishings. Any damage caused must be settled immediately on site.
  6. Please respect the peace and quiet of the hotel when using rooms and common areas.
  7. Rooms are designed for two people but can also be booked for single occupancy. In this case, any visitors must be reported to reception.
  8. It is forbidden, even temporarily, to move furniture or items from the common areas or from one room to another.
  9. Any contamination of the bathrooms caused by improper use must be cleaned by the person responsible.
  10. All rooms in our hotel are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
  11. Any safety hazards, irregularities, or accidents must be reported to reception immediately.
